IWWE&M: Interactive Web Workflow Enactor & Manager Interactive Web Workflow Enactor & Manager (IWWE&M) has been created to try tackling with web workflow management, workflow publishing and workflow enaction problems, providing both an end user graphical interface and a programmatic API for those tasks.

jORCA: Easily integrating JORCA is a Java stand-alone application for the execution of web services registered in a repository. Right now jORCA works with INB-like repositories (based on extended bioMOBY specifications; available at www.moby-dev.inab.org and www.inab.org/MOWServ) and execute bioMOBY compatible services, with mirroring and asynchronism support.

Magallanes Magallanes is a versatile and platform-independent Java library of algorithms to built-up search engines to help in the discovery of services and datatypes specially oriented to deal with repositories of web-services and associated datatypes. A service or data-type discovery process aims to identify the set of services or data-types that satisfy a given number of constraints from the pool of all the available
