The INB develops a considerable training activity, including road-shows, seminars and specialized courses and co-organizes the three national masters in Bioinformatics. In addition to that the INB has been organizing for the last few years training courses for medical doctors in genomics and bioinformatics in collaboration with the Spanish Medical Collaborative Institutes CIBERs and RETICS. These three to four days courses are carried out in hospitals, are certified in the medical curriculum, and complemented by more than 320 hours of online work. The courses have been attended so far by more than 300 MDs.
